Refund and Returns Policy

In case of damaged/wrong products, the product can be replaced or returned.

In case of an exchange/return, drop us an email within 48 hrs of receiving the package creoelementsdm@gmail.com along with your order number, exchange details, and an image of the purchased product. All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Replacement will be dispatched within 7-10 working days at no additional cost once the packet is received. If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.

Please Note:

  • Ceramics and glass items are non-refundable.
  • Returns are not applicable on bulk or corporate orders.
  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Certain products (e.g., socks, eye masks, cosmetics, steel straws, face masks, soaps, etc.) where personal hygiene is a factor are not applicable for return. This note is mentioned directly on the product page.
  • Orders placed during a sale cannot be returned.
  • In case of missing/damaged/broken items, an unboxing video must be shared within 48 hours for the case to be considered.

While exchanging products purchased, if the requested exchange items are unavailable in stock, the amount will be refunded. If a customer needs to return or exchange any item from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned.

Refunds will be processed after deducting freight charges as follows: Order value in INR:

  • 0-499: Rs. 60
  • 500-999: Rs. 130
  • 1000-2000: Rs. 200
  • Above 2000: 10% of order value

Note 1: In case of unsatisfactory product quality, the customer can request a replacement or refund. However, the customer must self-ship the product, and all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Note 2: Beware of fraudulent calls. Creotap never calls to ask you to participate in lucky draw contests. Do not share OTP/account details or transfer money to anyone offering vouchers/lucky draw prizes. If you receive such calls, report the numbers and raise a complaint to local authorities or the online FTC complaint assistant.

The product images shown on the website may differ slightly in shade or color from the delivered product due to graphical representation.

Creotap takes no responsibility for damages caused during the usage of the product. If customers have queries about any product, they are encouraged to email us before purchase. Damage after product use is the customer’s responsibility. For clearance products, contact us immediately upon delivery for exchanges or refunds.

Please note that shipping charges applied will not be refunded.


CANCELLATION POLICY

How do I cancel an order on Creotap?

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing support@creotap.com with your order number in the subject line.

If the order has already been dispatched, simply refuse to accept it and inform us via email.

Please note: If the order is cancelled after shipping, the shipping charges applied will not be refunded.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products for both paid and COD orders. Shipping charges of Rs. 75 or actuals where applicable will not be refunded. For online paid orders, refunds will be credited back to the same bank account used for payment. For COD orders, customers must share bank account details, and refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
